Although we work with carefully selected materials, parts and products and constantly carry out quality controls, the possibility of breakdowns or faults can never be completely excluded. However, faults must not be allowed to affect your business.

For the Dutch market, we therefore offer a 24-hour service, which means that during guarantee periods we cover the cost of parts, call-outs and working hours (please ask us for the terms and conditions). In the case of cooling equipment malfunctions, we only use STEK-certified technicians.

For deliveries outside the Netherlands, we offer client-specific solutions with the emphasis on quality and service.
